Born and raised in the South, Charlie took a climbing trip to Ouray, Colorado in 2018 and, well, never left! When he’s not out climbing rock, ice, and everything in between, you can usually find him throwing darts, playing video games, or in the kitchen using his friends as test subjects for new dishes. He has a background in economics, marketing, and mountain guiding, and is a self-taught cook. Firmly believing in food’s ability to bridge differences of culture, creed, and background, he hopes you find some joy in making these dishes for yourself and those you love.
